White walls, ancient, defying all the cardinal points since the 12th century when architecture was born around a settlement of Byzantine monks which became, in the 15th century, a stronghold of the Knights of Malta.
In the 18th century, the farmhouse was acquired by the Amati family and then transformed in 2002 into an agriturismo with a swimming pool.
